Pastor Isai serves as the pastor of Shema Church while working full-time as a furniture painter. Shema is a congregation of approximately 50 members that currently meets in a rented home. Pastor Isai has a strong passion for teaching the Bible to young people. He personally drives from home to home to pick up youth, brings them to the church, and teaches them the Word of God.

In September, several EMCI coworkers visited Shema Church and were deeply encouraged by Pastor Isai’s dedication and the ministry of the church. EMCI has decided to begin sending mission teams to support Shema Church in 2027 and partner with Pastor Isai in reaching and serving the local community, especially the next generation.
